Happy November 23, 2014

I tried to post on November 1st but it did not work out. Has this post ready to go. Can't believe so many days went by.

This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.

We are finally done with all project to inside of the house! yay! new windows installed and custom frames around the inside and outside. Looks real nice. Fireplace/room divider gone, new floors installed, new large space decorated and all set just in time for Thanksgiving company, family!

I will show off these photos here today, just a recap of the beginning stages and the completed look on the last photo. I can now say this is a home I would buy. It was moms house which she gave to us. We now take care of her there, but it needed so much work! after 25 years of no upgrades to the inside of the house it was stuck in the 80's. I wanted a open floor plan. For the most part it is. I am pretty happy with the results, thanks to Steve's Pop.

one room, I call it one GreatRoom, that is what they called our last house that had one room, it was called a great room there was no family room it was a open floor plan with one living space. Usable space. Love it.

Behind the chair is the old top to the fireplace from photo #1, we repurposed it to shelfs because Pop had custom made that for the fireplace top and it's been 6 months living here and we now ripping it out. We didn't want his hard work to go to waste so my honey made shelfs!

Have a wonderful Blessed Sunday!
