The Creative Little Jewelry Maker - Cute Chunky Beaded Bracelets

It's been awhile since I have made a bunch of bracelets all at once. But this week I set down with a bunch of beads before me and creative juices started flowing. I needed a little break from the sewing machine. I first picked up my paper craft items and I have a lot of ideas for another project with that, but the beads were calling my name. I had purchased them months ago and I wanted to make what I had planned for them before I forgot.

I want to share them with you today.

I put them for sale in my Etsy Shop, you can click the bold letters to take you to my shop there. The Owl Bracelets come in Red, Green and Blue.

I made these bracelets with Czech beads and Swarovski Crystals. Angel Bracelets with chunky beads and Owl Bracelets with chunky beads.

I finally added some photos of my craft room at our new house.
Scroll down to the pink text where it says 2015. I have all my craft room updates on one page from through the years.

It's nice to know that this year we won't have to do any more renovations because they are all done. This house is as new, just like when you're saved by the blood of Jesus he washes away your sins and you become new.

Happy Son-Day! God Bless

It's All About Milo the Cat Again and My Quilt

Happy Wednesday!

I am working on a quilt for my niece that was just born a few days after Christmas. I had to wait until the fabric came which was the eve before.
I started on the quilt and I will be done today and ship it out tomorrow to Arizona. Little Bridget will get her new quilt.
Milo is so shy..I don't think he was socialized as well as I had thought, but that's okay just a little more work for my little foster kitty, well he is 1 year, six months now.
If you have not met Milo you can meet him today.
Yesterday was the first day Milo came out from under the bed without running back under there when I opened the bedroom door. Right now we have him in one room.
Today he is looking out the window on his cat tree again without running under the bed when I enter the room! Yay Milo!!!

I love him, I have fallen in love with this little guy.

this is the fabric I was waiting for by Michael Miller Reto Rockets

Here is the top finished, now for the quilting as shown below on my new BabyLock. It's getting a lot of milage already.

Have a beautiful Wednesday!

Meet Milo our New Siamese Cat, Point SnowShoe

The first day that Milo stayed out from hiding during the day when I came into the room is today. Normally he runs back under the bed. At night he comes out and plays on his cat tree and has a lot of fun. Normally during the day I would have to talk to him from under the bed and play with him. One night he came on the bed and laid right on top me, only for about 5 minutes. I did not touch him, he does not like it when you touch him sometimes. At night our room is like a rumpa room to him.

It's interesting because I have been reading on the Internet about Siamese cats and Snowshoes, it's so confusing. But I got him from a Siamese cat Rescue and I am assuming they know what they are talking about, that he is a Siamese cat with Point Snowshoe. I have read that Snowshoe's were not real Siamese. I will have to call the Siamese rescue about that, but is not my first priority right now. He has not been eating well, but he is starting to warm up to his new environment bit by bit.

The cat tree we bought him.

He is a night owl for sure.

Happy Wintery January Day!

Happy New Year 2015! New Family Member to Arrive Soon!

Happy New Year 2015!

I hope everyone had a safe exciting New Year!

After raining and raining the past few months in Norcal, the new year has been gorgeous with lots of freezing cold nights and beautiful sunny days! We still need a lot more rain!

This is our new kitty we adopted, a Snowshoe Siamese cat we named Milo. We get him Saturday. I am very excited to have another fur baby!
My husband is putting together a fabulous cat tree for him right now!

Two Happy New Year Photos take at Old Sacramento on New Years Eve

Not excited about the photo, but at least we got a together photo.

Little few seconds of Light Show in Old Sac, it was the Macy's Festival of Lights.

we normally do not go out on New Years Eve but this year I needed to get out of the house and have some fun. The Sacramento Bee Photographer took our photo while we were there.

I got a new sewing machine for Christmas a Baby Lock Aria. So excited about it, been sewing away on it.

My New Baby Lock next to my Janome! LOL the Janome looks like a little baby sewing machine.

Made a completed table runner for daughter Kirsten

Working on baby quilt for my niece who just had a baby, waiting for the rest of the fabric to arrive for the border.

I know it seems like a strange combo, but this is the theme for little Bridget.

Another Little Quilt I made. In the photo I don't have the full border on it, but I did finish it, just don't have the finished photo. The Fabric is from Riley Blake and has little cars on it. Super Cute!

All these quilts are simple strip and squares but I will be making more complicated ones as the year goes on. But, I had these in my stash except for the space fabric and with the new baby and kitty coming I needed to get to work on some quilt and fast. My daughter wanted the table runner, she has not seen it yet, so I hope it will suit her fancy.

Have a wonderful week!
I better get my day started.
