Perfectly Pieced = Block of the Month Block #2 - 3 More to go. Cute Cat Quilt, Thanksgiving Decor

It's time to be Thankful

“Can you see the holiness in those things you take for granted–a paved road or a washing machine? If you concentrate on finding what is good in every situation, you will discover that your life will suddenly be filled with gratitude, a feeling that nurtures the soul.”
— Rabbi Harold Kushner

These are some of my Thanksgiving Decorations. I don't decorate for Halloween, but I do for the rest of the holidays. I don't consider Halloween a Holiday either.

This image looks small, I made it for my BOM Block of the month. See my page about this BOM. Loving making this quilt.

Follow me on my Instagram or my Facebook, see links to the right of this page.

Time to share the recipe for Thanksgiving mix to share with your family and friends on Thanksgiving or at your church functions and gatherings.

My husband is healing and getting better each day after his surgery on his knee. Mom is still sick! I am worried about her very much. May God Heal My Mom!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

  1. Love that turkey pumpkin, too cute and your wreath is a perfect welcome to fall! Good to hear your hubby is getting better everyday... may God also bring healing to your mom

  2. Hi Kat, I hope your mom gets better soon. I don't do Halloween. but I do lots of harvest decor with Scarecrows. I am going to decorate for Christmas early. This will be the first in this house and I need to see what will fit.

  3. Hi, Kat, and thanks for stopping by my blog! What a delight to see you, my friend! And how wonderful to see your BOM quilt! It's gorgeous, and I love the kitties! So glad to read that your hubby is healing well after knee surgery, but I'm so sorry that mom is not well. I'll be praying for her...and you, as I know it's a concern for you! Yes, I love Thanksgiving and the beauty of it and the meaning. Oh, may we continue to thank the Lord for His many blessings! Hugs, sweet friend! (And yes, I do miss quilting but am so into making cards now. I love it, and it's captured me...hehe!)

Have a wonderful day! ~Kat
