Sewing of course on my Bloom Quilt, from Lori Holt's sew along. Rileyblake designs, Calico Days. I Got row 4 done. It takes me over an hour to cut and shape and sew all the appliqué pieces to each flower block. Sewing the strips and blocks together goes a bit faster.
Tomorrow I have to make 4 flowers, so that's a few hours. Not sure I will have enough time to get another row in. That would be row 5, the final row of flower blocks.
It sure would be a nice to finish it. But... I do have other things I need to do.
Here is a few photos of row 4.
These good for you veggies are extra yummy with a tad bit of lemon Pepper and other spices. I sautéed zucchini, green onions,
Yellow, red and green peppers. Delicious!
Have a blessed Friday!
Kat
