Hello All,
Happy Thursday, it's another rainy day.
Many of the rainy days I work on my crafting, but some of them I just feel lazy. I do embroidery on those days and now I found these Clover Craft Yo Yo Makers and Flower Makers.
I have done many Yo Yo crafts in the past.
I have been making these this week instead of working on any quilts. I don't know why. I'm just getting used to making them, so they are not perfect yet!
I think I'm going to change the leaves on this, I have not attached them yet. I am not sure if I am making a wreath or decorating a new purse, tote or something like that.
Cute Hearts
Large Shamrock. I found this yo yo maker hard. It's hard to get them into the correct shape and the large Shamrock you have to have such a long thread, the thread has to be continuous without rethreading. I had a lot of knots. I think I will use thread conditioner next time.
I was searching for my old blog and I found it. I was trying to find table runners I made with the round yo-yo's. I did not use the clover product those times. I made my own yo-yo's pattern. It' just a circle and you sew around the circle and then cut the thread and pull up and gather and it makes a yo-yo. But I do think I love the clover yo yo makers. They are great because it's a lot faster the way it works with the cutting process and saving time is always great.

this is how my Vintage Apron Turned Out.
I did finish it this week. It was kind of hard to make. Well, not hard just a lot of work. But I love the end result. Look my little Effie has her head poking through. She loves everything I make and when I put things I make on the floor she jumps right on it. This time I would not let her stand on it, because I wanted to photograph the apron.
This will be last post for a few weeks or so. I am going camping and I need to get to work on my quilts.
Have a Happy Valentine's Day!

I have a few of those flower makers too, one I haven't even tried yet, I really need to break it out and see if I can figure them out. Looks like you have a good amount going there. I hope you have a great time and great weather on your camping trip!
